Magiclibrarities has a great write-up on the set for those who aren't familiar with it, but the short version is that WotC tried to do a reworked version of Revised Edition which fixed many of the issues with that set (cropped-off bezels on the card frames, overly light printing, wrong color and art on Serendib Efreet, etc.) but introduced enough new mistakes that they wound up junking almost the whole run, causing a massive shortage of Revised and letting only a few cases of this set get out
Currently its only been printed in one set in the highest rarity possible, giving it a hefty price tag of $120 a copy (as of this writing)
