traverse(r) Masako Kakizaki captured on a half-frame filmThis is a collection of photographs by Momoka Omote, a Japanese photographer from Gifu Prefecture who is active in a wide range of activities both in Japan and abroad. The artist, who began taking photographs after volunteering overseas and working as an assistant before going independent, has produced works that are connected to reality by confronting head on the climate and atmosphere of the places she has visited, as well as life and death. This
