The set is gold tone with a very delicate embossed floral design the design is the same on both pieces. The bristle portion of the mirror is stamped Made in USA. One side of both the mirror and brush edge is embossed "Elgin American Made in USA". The set is in very nice condition with some minor wear here and there, the mirror back having the most visible mark
